This 8-unit new construction project was completed in 2016. MSDD collaborated with the developers to select interior finishes, manage the project's final phase of construction, and stage a model unit. Each unit is paired with a dock slip on Florida's Intracoastal waterway. The exterior is fresh and modern with an understated nod to the Art Deco style prevalent in the surrounding neighborhood. Interiors are sleek and open, allowing residents to enjoy both the Intracoastal views as well as the ocean.
